If you run, you are a runner. I don't believe you can be "bad" at running - there are always levels of proficiency we can work towards. Like any practice (yoga, piano, drawing), the more we do it, the more proficient we become! I believe in showing up consistently and being intentional in making running a priority. When you do this, you will win. You will build trust with yourself, find discipline, create a life-long practice that will always be there for you! And even better if you do it with friends. Join us!
